Default Mixing armor pieces

Hi, just wondering if theres any benefit of getting the whole set of one type eg. Gladiators, or can I just mix it up for what I want? thanks.

there's no 'added' benefit of getting a full set of a particular armour. So you can mix it up if you prefer.

K thanks.
Also one more quick question. I know runes cant stack but if you put a +swords rune in a helm that already has +1 swords, thatll stack right?

Yes Runes will stack with the attributes already on the armor.

If the piece of armor, such as a helm, already has a built in rune when its crafted and rune says [stackable] next to it, then yes you can add another rune of any/same type to that armor piece and it will work.

But if the armor didnt originally have a rune built in, or the rune which is part of it says [nonstackable] or similar, then if you add another rune to it, it will replace the existing rune modification.

As far as mixing armor, just remember that a particular benefit may only apply when that part of your body is hit, typically +armor or absorption type of benefits. Things like +health and +energy are always in effect though.

On my hammer warrior I use full glads armour but with stoneskin gloves for the extra knockdown.
